Service Process Engineering is extending the digital continuity from Engineering Design now into Support and Service Engineering. Using engineering data as input LSA Engineers are able to define the Service BOM, the Maintenance Task Activities and related Service Instructions. Furthermore, they are validating the feasibility of Maintenance Task Activities by evaluating accessibility for tools and workers and defining manually or automatically disassembly tracks for parts and assemblies. All configuration and change is controlled on a single data model.
